The Camp Eastman Development Association, Mississippi Valley Council and Silver Tomahawk Honor Society would like to thank everyone who participated in the Camp Eastman 100th Anniversary Celebration and the 100th Annivers-O-Ree! Over 400 people, 1 weekend, 100 years in the making. We ended the first century with a bang 🎆 (literally), and kicked off the next century in true Camp Eastman style! Calling all current and former Scouts, Scouters, camp staffers, and supporters of Scouting in the community!

August 29th is an all-day celebration of 100 Years of Camping at Camp Eastman. With lots of excitement planned for the day, including a look inside the 2001 time capsule, we hope you’ll mark you calendar and join us on Saturday, August 29th.

Lunch will be the popular CEDA Fish Fry for a freewill donation, as well as an optional pulled pork dinner should you choose to stay for the evening campfire and professional fireworks display.

We are just over one month away from the 100 Years of Camping at Camp Eastman - Public Celebration on Saturday, August 29th!

Current and former Scouts, Scouters, camp staff, and the general public are invited to attend an all-day celebration at Camp Eastman celebrating 100 Years of Camping.

Enjoy a full day of activities beginning at 10am with the CEDA Flea Market, and tour through all the areas of camp as you visit 18 holes of mini golf. At 1pm hear the History of Camp presented by Bill Ell, and at 2:30, see inside the time capsule placed in 2001.

Meals include a free will donation fish fry lunch, as well as a pulled pork dinner. Wrap up the evening with a traditional Scout campfire and professional fireworks display!

Calling all Troops! Register now for the Camp Eastman 100th Annivers-O-Ree Camporee happening in one month on August 28-30th!

Sign up now to attend this historical weekend celebrating 100 years of Camping at Camp Eastman!

Cost to attend is only $15/Scout and $10/Adult and includes cracker barrels and meals. Saturday lunch will be the CEDA Fish Fry for a free will donation.

Enjoy playing your way through 18 holes of mini golf as you visit different areas in camp, with historical markers and displays at each hole.

In the afternoon, see inside the time capsule placed in 2001, and cap off the evening with a campfire and professional fireworks display.

🌟 Tuesday night was glow night at Summer Camp!

⛳️ Scouts enjoyed playing on the brand new 18-hole mini golf course just after dark in the activity field. The course was donated by the Camp Eastman Development Association and features various obstacles and hole configurations for Scouts (and Scouters) to putt their way through day and night.

The course is portable and can be moved to different areas and buildings, allowing for flexible use in all types of weather.

Camp Eastman is officially NCAP Accredited! 🎉

Today, our camp leadership proudly accepted the NCAP accreditation pennant alongside our accreditation team. This pennant represents lots of hard work and dedication that make Camp Eastman a safe, high-quality camp for Scouts to learn and grow.

A huge thank you to our camp administration, staff, and volunteers who helped make this achievement possible.

This is yet another highlight for summer 2026 as we celebrate 100 Years of Camping at Camp Eastman!

Today is Camp’s 100th Birthday! On this day in 1926, members of the Burlington Rotary Club selected the site of Camp B***o, later renamed Camp Eastman. For a century, young people in the tri-state area have gathered at Camp Eastman to learn valuable skills and create lifelong memories.

Join us at camp this August to celebrate 100 years of camping and the opening of a time capsule hosted by the Camp Eastman Development Association.

Scouts will camp for the weekend of August 28-30th for the 100th “Annivers-O-Ree” hosted by the Mississippi Valley Council. More details to come.
