“One last cast” usually means 14 more casts and nothing to show for it. This time, the lunker actually decided to bite! On the last drift, Guide Matt helped get our guest into the solid rainbow... then back to the lodge so they weren’t late for dinner.

Sending this healthy brownie back home. We spent several great days on the river hosting a team bonding trip for a regional business. It’s something we do more often than people might realize. We coordinate easy, all-in-one trips for businesses, fishing clubs, and other large groups, so everyone can just relax and enjoy without worrying about logistics. (Video from guide Marcus)

Mike and his brother came to the San Juan for a family trip, which quickly turned into a little friendly competition between the brothers and other family members. These two crushed it and came out victorious with help from guide John! But they also knew that, at the end of the day, it’s about so much more than catching fish. They took in the beautiful landscape, shared plenty of laughs with loved ones, and just downright had a great time. (Story and photos from guide John)
