Wow, got our first six night booking for 2027 already at the end of March for Spring Break! Might be another year of getting booked quickly. We only increase our rates by 3% each year.

Direct book to beat some of those cost increases and save 10% between lowered nightly rate, $15 off the cleaning fee, and less taxes (since the costs are lower).

We heard our guests about the couch at Navarre Beach Landing. It was only 2.5 years old but started to be uncomfortable with the cushions getting flat. We just had a new pull-out sofa couch delivered this week and setup. The old couch was donated to Helping Hands Ministries - a thrift store - in Gulf Breeze. Thank you to the onsite maintenance guy Mike for helping us with the process since our trip got canceled this year.

We are back home after the 13 hour drive. Successful time at Navarre Beach Landing with the updates. We also had our tile floors and grout deep cleaned which changed the grout from a black color back to the original light brown. The final pictures were taken on Thursday at just the right time with the sunshine coming through.
