This is the unit you have been waiting for! New on the market, it's a perfect 5th floor, west end unit with incredible sunset and Island views (and of course direct beach front views as well). This is an unbelievable 3 bedroom, 3 bath, professionally furnished and upgraded 5th floor Gulf front condo! The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit give simply the best Gulf front and sunset views available on Navarre Beach. The master bathroom is upgraded with a large Jacuzzi tub, King Bed, new flat screen TV, and plenty of space - access to balcony. This unit is tiled in the main living rooms and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bed - and its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed, twin sofa sleeper, and full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is a mini suite and like a second master, it has a kitchenette with sink, mini-fridge and microwave. Additionally, the 3rd bedroom has a twin couch sleeper sofa, and it's very own private deck that looks to the North and West for great sound and sunset views! This condo is amazing! This condo is at the Caribbean Resort - great pool, two hot tubs (one is extra large), covered seating and open seating at pool area, 1800+ sq ft condo, nice landscaping and parking lot, beach walkover. A great place to stay!
