Derby weekend is almost here… and if you find yourself with a little bourbon left (or inspired 😄), we’ve got something for you.

Who doesn't like cake?

This season’s celebration cake is a luscious lemon with elderberries from last year’s harvest — light, bright, and just the right amount of sweet.

We had a little fun creating this one after uncovering a stash (of elderberries) in the freezer during a clean-out (always a good day)… and while we wait for this season’s garden to start popping.

It’s been a fun one to share with guests already. Available to add to your stay for something a little extra special…

Or just a really good excuse for cake.

This one has been in the idea file for awhile…

We knew we were missing an inside gathering space — a place to settle in, spend time together, and truly relax.

So we took the parlor and turned it into a space you’ll actually want to hang out in. Come experience it for yourself.

It’s already becoming one of our favorite spots.
