Policies

Rates are for 2 people and include Breakfast delivered to your room.

50% Deposit required to reserve your dates.
Dates won’t be saved unless we receive payment.
Full Payment Due 30 Days Prior to arrival.
Reservations Booked within 30 Days must be paid in full.
50% becoming security deposit.
2 Day Minimum Stay on weekends There is no minimum if staying Sunday- Thursday
Except Major Holidays which require 3 Nights Minimum.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior will incur a $25.00 fee.
To cover the cost of reimbursement
In the event more than one room is booked it will $25.00 Per room.
Cancellations require 10 day notice prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited and you will be
Billed for the entire length of your reservation.
Early Departures will be billed for the reserved time period.
We do not refund for weather related reasons.
If the roads are open so are we.

Last minute greatly affects us and our policies will be strictly enforced.

Children under 12 years old are appropriate only in Room 4 on the garden Level.

Check in is between 3 Pm and 9 Pm…
Checkout is 11 Am

No Smoking indoors.

Pets Only in Garden Level Rooms and will be charged $25.00 fee.
Please no pets left in cars.
