We’re proud to announce the promotion of Ken Phillips to Vice President of Business Development & Growth Strategy.
This month also marks 10 years since Ken joined The Allied Group. Over that time, he has helped expand Allied’s national presence, strengthen key client and industry relationships, and create opportunities for the company to grow both within hospitality and across complementary markets including restaurants and F&B, senior living, student living, and private clubs.

In his expanded role, Ken will lead Allied’s national business development and growth strategy—focusing on the right opportunities, the right relationships, and the markets where Allied’s experience can create the greatest value.
