The Benjamin Ellis House Bed & Breakfast was built in 1853 by turpentine merchant Benjamin Ellis and wife Eliza. The Greek Revival style home opened as the Harmony House Inn in 1985. Latest Cooking with the Innkeeper session at the Inn - A Touch of Lemon. Getting ready for spring - we made lemon curd, lemon mousse with mixed berries and lemon poppy friands.
Interested in cooking with the Innkeeper? Some favorite sessions include: a touch of paprika, crepes 101, easy as pie, all about sauces, Swiss flavors and let's make scones. Sessions require a minimum of two persons maximum of six. Call to schedule your next cooking session.

The winners of the Pretty in Pi nk fundraiser raffle donation enjoyed an afternoon in Old Vienna cooking session. Menu included Chicken Paprikash and homemade Spaetzle, spinach salad with paprika dressing and Hazelnut Roll with Frangelico cream. Lots of fun and very tasty!

Latest Cooking with the Innkeeper session was a lot of fun. We made double chocolate muffins and classic chocolate truffles. Added benefit, the muffins are dairy and egg free. Call to arrange your cooking session at the Inn.
