AUTHENTIC BED & BREAKFAST: 3 buildings include (Pioneer home, schoolhouse, cottage) with 10 bedrooms, Full breakfast, Children welcome, Sleeps 2-30 guests with drinks and snacks. We are located on 43 scenic acres just 2-6 minutes from New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, rivers and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Our buildings consist of an original German pioneer homestead from 1847 - the Kuebler Waldrip Ha

us buidling, an original 1863 one-room schoolhouse - the Danville Schoolhouse, and a newly built cabin - the Deer Haven Cabin. Total facilities include 10 separate bedrooms each with a private and nightly room rates range from $135 to $350 for 2 guests plus tax. Breakfast is included in the rates and may include an egg dish, fresh fruit, fresh meat, homemade breads, potato dishes or homemade tamales, juice, water, milk and hot coffee and tea. We serve hot coffee and tea beginning at 7 am and our hot large breakfast brunch is served beginning at 9 am. If you have any dietary needs, please let us know.
