We have a new website! 🎉

It has been almost 10 years since our last redesign, and we felt it was time for something that better reflects who we are and the kind of stay we offer.

Comal Inn has always been about a specific kind of trip. Park once, walk everywhere. Clean, quiet, and close to everything that makes New Braunfels worth visiting. A place to slow down, whether that's a romantic getaway, a river weekend, or just a few nights away from the routine.

The new site was built around that. We want guests who are looking for exactly what we offer to find us easily, understand what makes us different, and book with confidence. When the right guests find us, everyone wins.

We had the pleasure of renting our Bluebonnet cart at Comal Inn

If you didn’t know Comal Inn is perfectly located walking distance to the Comal River & everything in downtown New Braunfels.

But we say “why walk when you ride! “

It’s Bluebonnet season at the Comal Inn in New Braunfels and the hill country!! Our garden area is full of bluebonnets. Come stay at the Comal Inn and take a drive through the hill country and enjoy its beauty before they are all gone!

Authentic 150+ year old Fachwerk construction — the traditional German timber framing that helped shape early New Braunfels.

And soon… you’ll be able to stay in it.

🎨 A Full House of Artists at Comal Inn!
This week, Comal Inn is completely booked — and we’re honored to be hosting artists from all over the country who have traveled to New Braunfels for the New Braunfels Art League workshops with artist Elizabeth St. Hilaire.
These workshops, held November 4–6 and 7–9 at the New Braunfels Art League, have brought an incredible creative energy to town.
Moments like this are a great reminder of why we do what we do: we get to welcome guests from all walks of life who come to New Braunfels for art, music, river trips, weddings, Wurstfest, cycling events, family reunions, and everything in between.
We’re grateful for the New Braunfels Art League and the many talented artists who chose to stay with us this week. Wishing everyone a wonderful and inspiring workshop!
