Another summer season has come and gone!

The City of New Buffalo would like to thank everyone that came to visit us this summer. We appreciate your patronage, we hope you enjoyed your visit, and we look forward to seeing you next season.

A huge THANK YOU to the entire staff, for another amazing job of keeping things running smoothly! This season we saw more visitors than ever. Both the lifeguards and beach crew did a great job keeping people safe and keeping the facilities clean.

Some things to keep in mind if you plan on visiting the beach from this point on.
The concession stand is now closed.
Lifeguards are no longer on duty, and we are no longer utilizing
the warning flag system.
Bathrooms will be open from 10-6 until October 1st.
Pay by plate is still in effect until October 1st.

Once again, The City of New Buffalo Thanks you for visiting, and we hope to see you again. Have a great rest of the year!

Ahhhh, the summer season is HERE!!☀️🏖️🌊
This is another reminder to check out Warren Dunes State Park during your visit. The dune climb is challenging, but you’ll be rewarded with a BEAUTIFUL view! And there’s a wonderful beach, no climbing required.
For a more relaxed afternoon, hop in the golf cart and visit our private HOA beach, Michigan Shores. Kayak and paddle boards are welcome (local rentals available).
We added something new to our back deck, for those BRAVE enough to try it!🥶 We now have a rinse-off shower…but heads up, it’s cold water only (from the garden hose😉). Hey, on a hot, sweaty, and sandy day, it might feel GREAT!💦
