No time for boring midweek breakfasts here at HollyHedge. Today our Innkeeper Courtney, was handed key lime filling and mixed berry compote by our amazing Pastry Chef Krystal! And you know what they say “when life gives you key lime filling, make stuffed French Toast!”

Served with a mixed berry whipped cream, this dish was the star of the show, and a great midweek pick-me-up! 🍋‍🟩🫐🍓

Happy Independence Day! And a very happy 250th birthday to the United States of America! 🇺🇸

Celebrations kicked off this morning with Red, White, and Blueberry Pancakes, along with many other delicious choices. On our continental station, what says the Fourth of July more than freshly cut watermelon! Even our table decor brings the holiday to life. Linens reminiscent of the patchwork on quilts stitch the whole room together.

We hope you have a fantastic day, and enjoy all the amazing celebrations around the country!
