Welcome to Phoenix Tiny House at Badin Lake!
Phoenix is brand new and custom built. Our unique ‘bicycle themed’ tiny house is warm and welcoming with beautiful tongue and groove walls and ceilings. Amazing handmade leather furniture, fireplace and a large TV create an inviting gathering place. Full size appliances, quartz counter-tops, quality dish ware and a fully stocked kitchen make meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom is roomy and has a walk-in shower with seating and glass door. After a fun day of all the activities that Badin Shores has to offer, a comfy queen size bed awaits. The bedroom has 2 closets with barn style doors, a dresser and TV. Stairs lead to a large sleeping loft with a full size mattress, 2 beanbag chairs on a carpeted area with books and games. The stairs are steep and not recommended for children under 6. Phoenix Tiny House boasts of a beautiful lake view, as well as The Uwharrie National Forest that can be enjoyed from the huge screen porch or open deck. There is plenty of room for parking and only 3 steps to enter the screen porch. There is lots to do at Badin Shores Resort…swimming pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, beach area, fishing pier, boardwalk around lake, marina, Cheers Bar and Grill restaurant, horseshoes, putt-putt, and track for remote control cars.
By chance, if you're an avid cyclist, be it gravel, mountain, or road bike, our tiny house is in the heart of some of the best riding around!
