We wanted to provide an update on Internet outage to everyone. There was a fire next door at hotel. But that caused Cox to disconnect the entire WiFi service in the neighborhood/area for over an entire week. We have not gotten any clear updates from Cox. But they say it is so the hotel can make repairs for them to get service back. We understand the frustration but not sure why the service has to be disconnected for the entire area for over 7 plus days. Cox communications may leave a comment for everyone know the updates….
