The beautiful Marigny neighbourhood is home to quite a few of our cutest properties. The Pierre Coulon Guest House is no exception - although it IS an exceptional property! Check in on a quiet stretch of Spain Street, where owner Stephen will provides a typically warm New Orleans welcome. Stephen has an amazing eye for design and artistic touches, and his home has a gorgeous, rustic look (but with modern conveniences!). You'll feel at home immediately - Stephen is a great ambassador for the city and can point you to some wonderful local spots. The house also has one of the greenest and lushest back yards in our portfolio, and you'll just love sitting in the garden with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Just one of the spectacular options to be found at our website, link 👇

It's early to think about Mardi Gras (though do locals ever really stop?), BUT, if you haven't checked, here's a PSA: Mardi Gras is unusually early next year, on Tuesday, February 9, 2027. This is the second earliest that it can possibly be (due to when Easter falls)! Just wanted to put that on y'all's radar and if you haven't booked your Carnival Season accommodation yet, then make a point of it, because the season (starting as always on Jan 6th) is super short. Don't get caught out, book your room in a lovely, legal and licensed bed and breakfast inn right now - link to our site 👇

Have you seen the newly-expanded Riverfront Park in New Orleans? It officially opened in April 2026 and is a six-acre, $30 million project that creates a continuous, 2.25-mile stretch of open green space right alongside amazing vistas of the Mississippi River, and connecting Spanish Plaza to Crescent Park. It's just a joy to walk along, taking in the river traffic, sitting on the lawns and you can even hitch up a hammock if you bring your own! So many of our Downtown properties (any in the Marigny, Bywater, French Quarter and Treme) are just a couple of minutes' walk from this awesome new green space, and it's really going to come into its own as the weather cools, so start planning your trip (and which picnic supplies you'll need!) now. All of our properties are on our website, link 👇

How would you like to stay and dine in timeless elegance on your next trip to New Orleans? The Antebellum Guest House is one of our grandest properties: a beautiful Greek Revival building dating back to the late 1830s. The house has retained most of its original hardwood floors, along with stunning marble and wood fireplace mantles, crown molding and crystal chandeliers - in fact, the entire property is furnished with period antiques. The crowning glory, though, is its courtyard garden with a sunken hot tub, fountains and an ornamental fish pond. It's just one of the incredible historic properties that you can find at our website, link 👇
