Directly off the living room is a beautiful balcony overlooking the rampart streetcar line. Another added feature to this home is the large open private courtyard that offers our guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.
The 2 story home was professionally designed to give our guest a true home away from home experience. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom can share between 2 common area bathrooms both with tub/showers, one bathroom is located on the first floor and the other bathroom is on the second floor. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and its own private bath. The home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.
The large kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensil you will need. This home also includes Wifi, washer/dryer and smart TVs
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.
