Welcome to the recently upgraded Block Island Sterling House. It’s a charming home only 6 minutes walk from ferry & town. Brand new first floor kitchen, private deck, half bath and first floor laundry. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The fenced in back yard has a large outdoor shower and big play space. All spaces have A/C! Towels, sheets, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Please ask any questions! The space This lovely home has a fenced in backyard for privacy. There is a large side yard and new deck right off the kitchen for easy outdoor dining. Owner provides linens, some basic paper goods, beach towels, and some chairs. Guest access The Main Apartment is a self-contained apartment in a larger home. This apt has a brand new kitchen and living space, 1.5 baths, laundry and outdoor grill. The owner lives in a separate apartment and there is another private rental room with separate entrance on the opposite side of the house from the Main Apartment. You have use of the backyard.
The Beachwood Suite is a separate private room. You have a beautiful view from your air conditioned room. A private entrance to a large room with king size bed, private bath with shower. Amenities include: TV, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, and wifi. Outdoor seating in front of the house too.
