As the island springs back to life, we are finding some great green inspiration for our new breakfast menu. Joining the 2026 class is The Elder: a sourdough toast with smashed spring peas and avocado, poached eggs, fresh stracciatella, garden herbs and shoots, and a dusting of togarashi to put some pep in your morning step. We’ll be here serving up your morning ritual and some tasty supporting dishes Wednesday - Sunday all May.
