This three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway is updated with new tile floors, a fridge, furnishings, and plenty of high-end décors accompanied by beautifully coordinated paint on the walls
With the ocean across the street on the no-drive beach, it is centrally located on the property which easily allows for a quick dip in one of two heated pools and two hot tubs. It also offers very safe Beach Access with pedestrian lights at the crosswalk leading to the white sandy beach.
Comfortably & beautifully furnished, the living room offers enough space to spread out, has a large flat-screen TV, and sliders to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen provides all your cooking essentials including a Keurig as well as a French Press for coffee lovers, barware for cocktail lovers, and plenty of cookware for chefs. The dining room offers seating for up to 6 guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4.
All bedrooms are updated with quality linens, bedding with plush mattress toppers, dressers, and plenty of storage for your personal items. The roomy master suite features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, sliders to the balcony, and a private master bath featuring a beautiful spa tub, his and hers sinks, and a spacious primary shower.
Wake up each morning in the 2nd bedroom with a peek at the ocean across the street. It features a queen size bed with a plush mattress topper, flat screen TV and access to the 2nd full bath with tub/shower. The full bath can also be accessed from the main hallway. For those traveling with children or additional guests, the 3rd bedroom features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.
With all the comforts of home, OW15-503 offers cable TV, WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, and all your linens are supplied.
The Oceanwalk complex boasts an unparalleled lifestyle for the discerning individual. Located on the south end of New Smyrna's beachside and on the west side of A1A, this luxury complex is only steps away from the breathtaking seashore of the Atlantic Ocean, a car-free stretch of beach. With the best amenities around, the Ocean Walk complex features 2 fitness facilities, 2 updated pools, 2 spas, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop, 2 clubhouses, a bar-b-que area with new gas grills, and nature trails.
~A theater room is located at Rec Center 2 and can be reserved in 2-hour increments on the even hour. It has a large screen and stadium seating for 10. You must bring your own DVD. Additionally, there is a Redbox located at the 7-11 at 3698 S. Atlantic, which is about 3 miles north.

From the front balcony walkway, you can see rocket launches! The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only 2-miles south of the Oceanwalk complex.
Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.
Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, and pelicans!
Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. It has been recognized by National Geographic as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops.
