Managing this home as a family of 4 with 2 young kids, our beach condo is tailor-made to accommodate everyone from single individuals to families. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom slice of paradise nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River North is perfect for a relaxing family getaway away from the more crowded touristy areas of New Smyrna Beach. The condo comes stocked with plenty of snacks

and food essentials to supplement any cooking or dining out you may be looking to do. We also provide beach chairs, tents, umbrellas, and kids beach toys as well as indoor toys. A Pack and Play is also available to accommodate any little ones coming along for the trip. We've also served as host to plenty of snowbirds looking for someplace warm to vacation during the Winter. New Smyrna Beach is one of the #1 surf towns in Florida so if you're into surfing, this location is perfect for you. You can shore fish right from the beach or fish right from the dock while getting a front row seat to manatees and dolphins swimming and playing in Indian River North. Canaveral National Seashore is just a short drive away and often times you can catch a rocket launch right from the beach in front of the condo. Foodies are just a short drive away from the local restaurants and the always buzzing Flagler Avenue. Whatever you're into, you're sure to find fun of some sort when you spend time in this perfectly located beach condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida!
