Located in New Smyrna Beach, this beachfront condo building is in the city center and within a 15-minute walk of New Smyrna Beach and Bethune Volusia Beach. Mary McLeod Bethune Park and Indian River Lagoon Park are also within 3 mi (5 km).

(A continuation of my previous post) Please know that we still own our 2 bedroom condo in the same complex in New Smyrna Beach, and have absolutely no plans to sell it. We are actively renting it out. Currently it is available every week of September and the first week of October. Normally we rent Saturday to Saturday, however, we are willing to rent it any 7 consecutive days (HOA rule), during this time period. To those of you who have stayed in our condo(s) over the last decade--- As you know, we purchased a 3 bedroom unit in New Smyrna Beach 5 years ago, and planned to enjoy it for many years to come. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we decided it was time to sell. We never had a chance to put it on the market because some of our long time renters reached out to us asking if we knew of a condo in our complex for sale. Simultaneously, they mentioned that if they were to buy a unit, they would like to continue to rent it out. This was an answer to prayer, because our biggest hesitation in selling was the thought of having to cancel many guest's plans. Thankfully, we were able to transfer all current reservations to the new owners upon closing. With that said, as you plan your next stay in New Smyrna Beach, and are needing 3 bedrooms, please let me know and I will be more than happy to send the new owner's information to you.
