When living in paradise, it can be easy to forget to be a tourist in your own backyard every once in a while! From January 8 through March 28, the City will host a series of free classes to educate residents and visitors about New Smyrna Beach's barrier island. Starting at Esther Street Beachfront Park (551 Esther Street) at 9:00 AM every Wednesday morning, you'll hear guides present on topics ranging from sea turtles to Audubon birding.
