Introducing our first Summer Wellness Soirée

Join us beneath the ancient oak trees of Victoria 1883 for a summer morning of movement, restoration, and slow intentional living in partnership with Pilates By Design.

Surrounded by filtered morning light, garden paths, and the gentle rhythm of the fountain, the experience begins with mat Pilates in the open air followed by a relaxed, recovery social featuring infused hydration stations, handcrafted smoothies and wellness touches throughout the morning.
