It's official. We are closed after today. If you were wanting to come buy anything before the building is demolished, now's the time!

Next rooms to be liquidated are 27, 28 and 29. The sale will be the first weekend of November the 4th and 5th. Cash and carry, no holds.
beds @ $200/each
T.V.’s @ $55.00/each (32inch multi brands)
microwaves @ $35.00/each (a couple had to be thrown away)
mini refrig. @ $50.00/each
long dressers @ $30.00/each
chairs and 3 tables @ $15.00/each
Headboards @ $5.00
Wall pictures $1.00/each
Also, contractors must wait until we can coordinate the removal of items just prior to demolition.

The Sunset Motel will be demolished later this year to make way for new construction. I have no details on what will be built but we will be liquidating the contents of the motel prior to demolition. If you need beds, microwaves, televisions, mini refrigerators... please let me know.
Also, if you are a contractor looking for sinks, toilets, windows, fixtures, bathtubs or shower surrounds let me know and we can coordinate the removal of these items just prior to demolition.
