Meet the Face Behind the Community: Emanuel “Manny” ! 👋🔧
Manny has been an important part of the Shady Lakes community for an incredible 14 years! As our Maintenance Supervisor, he consistently goes above and beyond for our residents and works hard to keep Shady Lakes looking amazing.

When he’s not living on property during the season, Manny calls Elgin home, where his three beautiful daughters live. And when he’s off the clock, you might find him relaxing and enjoying a cold Corona. 🍺😎
We’re incredibly grateful for Manny’s years of dedication, hard work, and everything he does for our residents and community. Be sure to say hello when you see him around! 💙

🇺🇸🎆 A little throwback to our 4th of July celebration at Shady Lakes! Residents enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show Friday night, followed by live music, lots of dancing, and plenty of fun on Saturday! 🎶💃 It was a wonderful weekend celebrating together! ❤️🤍💙
