Thank you for an enjoyable stay at your hotel.
The quietness of the hotel and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
The bed was a little hard to my liking. I prefer a softer bed.

Clean room and convenience! The location is near the subway / LIRR and restaurants.
Wish that they can be more informative and proactive in terms of customer service. (e.g. help with the luggages, inform about breakfast service etc.)
