11 Years ago I approached Andrea Leonard about coming to work for Monster Remotes and she pretty quickly declined. Told me she was done with the Movie Business, but if she ever decided to come back, it would be with Monster. A few weeks later I altered the offer and asked if she could come and help me for just 6 months. She knew I was lying, but agreed anyway.

When Andrea came on board, we had just started with our 2nd crane and 2nd truck. It had taken me years to manage that. It took Andrea mere months to double the size of the fleet required due to how much more work she dragged through the doors.

That doubling happened a few more times, and then she decided to build a Cinema Drone company from the ground up.

Maybe you dont need Andrea in your foxhole to win a war, but I would never want to be against her. Having her on my side has been the single greatest business move of my life.

Today marks the end of our 11 year run as co-workers, but it does not end our friendship or my love for her.

Arri Rental is in a great spot, I just hope they are smart enough to realize just how golden of an opportunity they have with Andrea.
