We spent an incredibly meaningful time with a group of thoughtful, intentional, creative women. We talked and moved, meditated and laughed, wrote and shared, cried and told stories. We are simultaneously full and empty and so invigorated for what’s next. 🌸

Thank you, Santa Fe for providing the most glorious backdrop for this work we are so lucky to do! We’ll miss your divine sun, clear skies, crisp air, and unparalleled beauty. 🌞

How do we develop our therapeutic retreats?

We start with ourselves!

💚As drama therapists, mothers, and women in this world, we always practice our ideas on *ourselves* before we bring them to our clients and retreats.

✨ Creative expression requires vulnerability, safety, and trust. We need to understand how it feels in the body to be asked: what brings you joy? What stands in the way? What old beliefs might need to shift? Who or what can help?

🪴Periodically, we meet for *mini-retreats*, where we engage in deep dialogue about the experiences we want to provide, process using creative interventions, and challenge ourselves to show up as the most authentic, generous, and intentional versions of ourselves!

🦸‍♀️ Here we are investigating our own personal relationships to joy as a resource, using the format of a “Hero’s Journey”….exploring big questions through art and creativity allows for a depth of knowledge and experience that simple conversation rarely touches.

We create our retreats intuitively and from scratch - crafting experiences, environments, and spaces that feel brave, welcoming, expressive, and freeing. Basically - we design a retreat that WE want to go to. We hope you come along in Santa Fe this May! 🌵
