People for the Ethical Treatment of Puerto Ricans My name is Odilia Rivera-Santos, I was born in Puerto Rico and grew up loving my island and admiring my people more than anyone else. PR, I love you.

The work ethic and creativity of Puerto Ricans is always awe-inspiring. The purpose of People for the Ethical Treatment of Puerto Ricans is to promote Puerto Rican art, culture, and to disseminate accurate historical information about our country. It is also a place in which to discuss political advocacy for the betterment of Puerto Rico and Puerto Ricans throughout the diaspora.

I am the creator of this page. I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to NYC with my family at six years of age.
I am a playwright, author, and served as an advocate for victims of trauma in NYC for many years.

Now, I’m focused on projects about mystics in Latino cultures with a special emphasis on Puerto Ricans.
