There are 3 private bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a large living area/kitchen/bathroom/backyard on the 1st floor. The guesthouse is located just by the Lorimer L train (the subway), so you can scoot around the city very conveniently. Its gotten rave reviews from all past guets.
