✅✨A sure way to have old reviews removed is when a property had a Major Renovation.

But what are the aspects to qualify for a Major Renovation?
Read on to find out... ✨✅

📌📌According to Trip Advisor's guidelines, to qualify as a major renovation:
- All structural changes must be apparent, top to bottom changes need to be demonstrated such as a complete overhaul of the lobby or doubling the occupancy.
- Cosmetic changes, such as new carpets, paint, or a new sign, DO NOT qualify.

📝🔎To support your request, here are the proofs and documentation to secure:
-Online press release with the publication's letterhead documenting the renovation
-Letter from city officials or Tourist Board verifying the scope of renovation and duration of the closure
-Before and After photos

You need to supply at least one of the requirements listed above.

📌If you recently bought a property or had a MAJOR renovation, take this time to have older reviews removed!

✅✨You can get rid of older reviews by sending a request to OTA's like Trip Advisor, Expedia, and Booking.com. Bear in mind, however, that Google doesn't do the same.
