David Wondrich (David Wondrich), acclaimed cocktail historian and author of Stirring Up Tradition, joined us for an intimate dinner in Charlie Palmer Steak exploring the hotel’s place in the story of the martini. Each course was thoughtfully paired with a unique martini, bringing together storytelling, culinary craft, and cocktail history throughout the evening. Guests departed with martini-inspired gifts curated in collaboration with David.
