Howland Farm Event Venue and Guest House The Howland Farm, Guest House and Event Venue, are located in Upstate NY. The perfect venue for weddings, parties or retreats.

The Guest House accommodates 7-12 overnight guests. The Event Barn provides the perfect space for groups of all sizes. The Howland Farm spans over 200 acres of
scenic upstate New York, nestled among the
hills of eastern Tioga County just two miles
from Newark Valley and five miles from Owego. Once an operational farm, this 1840’s farmstead is now enjoying new life as a “home away from home” for

visitors to the area. Managed by the Howland family, amenities include an on-site property manager, wireless internet, cable TV, information about area services, and an office area. Your well-behaved pet is permitted; smoking is not. The farm is well-equipped to meet a wide range
of guest needs and activities, from an individual
retreat to a large group event. For a short or
extended stay, the house and grounds offer a
multitude of possibilities.
