Here is more information for the Christmas and July weekend of the 7-26-7-27 don’t forget to save this!

Friday July 26 – Get Christmas started off by getting everybody in the right mood and what better way than by DECORATING!!!! Lot Decorating Starts (Please wrap a box and add your lot number and a slot for tickets so we can vote for your lot.)

Saturday July 27 – Let the party begin!
Ice Cream Social 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Cool off and relax with friends around a cup of ice cream. Ticket distribution for lot decorating judging will also take place during this window. One ticket per family. This will be held in the pavilion. Please let us know if you’d like to help with ice cream, toppings, or a monetary donation to help cover costs. (We will be peanut and gluten free but please let us know if you have other food allergies so we can try to ensure EVERYONE can enjoy.)

Water Gun Fight at the Co****le Field bring your own water gun and a bucket of water might be a good idea as well. We’ll have water sources available but depending on participation you might want your own. (If you have pools, buckets, etc. we can borrow please let us know.)

Adults 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Monthly Cookout: Christmas Dinner 6:30 PM bring your favorite Christmas Dish to the pavilion.

Christmas Office Party: Join us for a visit with Santa and lot judging 8:30 PM (if you decorated don’t forget to bring your entry box so we can count your votes) and then we’ll kick it up until 10:30 PM for the Christmas Office Party. We’ll have Christmas Music and a little dancing; heck Santa himself may even stop by. Once the kids are off to bed stick around for a livelier Party and a Christmas Shot.
