Our Story
About Us: We have been renting out our Bunkhouse now for 18 years! We are open all year round, but we are busiest during the Winter months with snowmobilers.
Location: We are located 14 miles north of Newberry, heading towards Pine Stump Area, just 6 miles south. We are located directly across from North Store Gas station and next door to the Wolf Inn. The connector trail to Trail 9 is directly across the street, and if County Rd 407 is snow covered, it’s a quick 6 mile ride to pick up Trail 9. You are able to reach Paradise, Seney, Grand Marais and Newberry, all from our front door.
Fees: We charge a flat fee of $350 per night and a cleaning fee of $75. We require that you pay a deposit of half down to secure your reservation and the remainder the week of your stay. When we receive your final payment, you will get the keycode to the door.Our charge is non-refundable with one exception being the snow. If there is no snow, we will refund your deposit. We do not book to different groups at the same time, so we charge one flat fee for person (s) 1 to 9.
