🌿 A Weekend of Wellness at Shady Oak Farm 🌿

We loved seeing Shady Oak Farm transformed into the most relaxing yoga & wellness retreat last weekend! 🧘‍♀️☀️💦

My friend Fran, owner of Zentral Station in La Plata, gathered a wonderful group of local women for a weekend dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting and recharging.

They enjoyed yoga surrounded by nature, time by the pool, floating relaxation sessions, sound bowls, and plenty of peaceful moments together. Seeing our outdoor spaces used this way was absolutely beautiful. ❤️

With 32 private acres, the pool, hot tub and all the quiet that comes with being tucked away in the woods, Shady Oak Farm turned out to be a pretty amazing setting for a wellness getaway.

A huge thank you to Fran and Zentral Station for choosing Shady Oak Farm for such a special weekend. We loved having you! 🌳✨
