Here in NH, accessory garages are increasingly popular for added storage and space for hobbies or a workshop. Covered outdoor spaces help extend our shorter outdoor season, while wellness-focused features like home gyms and saunas are becoming more common. It’s interesting to see some of these same trends taking shape in the Lake Suanpee region.

Many homeowners often discover that the features they appreciate most aren’t always the ones they expected.
