Our first Tuesday night Bingo of the summer is tonight at 8pm. As some schools are just finishing up today (or even later this week), we invite any of our local camping friends or volleyball league players to join us at the Event Tent for Bingo this evening. Also a reminder to start thinking about those Halloween costume ideas for October!

Looks like some scattered showers until later this afternoon, when the rain may become steadier. We will continue to plan on the regular activity schedule for now, but our first Monday Night Movie will be moved under the Event Tent tonight at 8pm.

Honorable mention to Keith for being runner up in both (always a bridesmaid, never a bride...and sorry to implant that image in the minds of many of our campers, and be certain that an AI image of it shall appear from someone).

The band equipment got wet in the surprise shower and will be unable to perform this evening. Looking to have poolside DJ as the rain moves out and will try to find a new date for 60s explosion. Sorry for the inconvenience but showed 0% chance of rain in the evening as of 4pm.

Just a little water break to kick off Father's Day Weekend. Isolated the outage to sites 1-11, and thanks to our friends at C&J, we expect the water to be back on around noon. Until then, one lane of the road is closed near the lodge, but plenty of room to get by. Expecting a good crowd at Bingo tonight, and looks like a great weekend.

Making last call on 2 sites that we have held for anyone interested in our "summer seasonal" from June 21-Aug 30. If not reserved by Saturday, we will open up site 20 (water/elec/cable) and site 120 (sewer also) for summer weekly stays and weekends. Still 2 sites open for Father's Day, so if you want to get dad a Slush Puppy, or perhaps a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on Sunday, give us a call. On Dad's Day, if you buy a breakfast sandwich for yourself, you get one free for dad (1 per site).

As summer approaches, our Sunfox family's busy stretch of birthdays concludes today with Jen celebrating her special day. Due to snow days, she is spending it in school (last day half day at LCS) rather than at the beach, so go away clouds. Best thing about another year is that is makes it far more routine for her to shoot her age when golfing 9 holes. Wishing her a great day and a wonderful year!
