What is the consensus? Regarding the 4th of July 2027. We are where you want to be. Two beaches but ours is the very best...with the Old Glory Boat Parade passing by, pancake breakfast at the end of beach past the marina. And the fireworks. I saw 5 different fireworks. Our present issue is that 4 of the units on 19th (Casa's) at the bay beach have a check out on Friday 7/02. So we need check-in on that day. We are trying to determine whether to offer 8nts OR 5 nights followed by 3 separate nights to align with the Saturday-to-Saturday check-ins on these units through mid August. The remaining units (Casa 223, Casita's 216A and 216B) should be Friday to Friday through the summer.

How awesome and cute is this? Our guests birthday party in front of the Casa's. Beachgoers departed before festivities began. They ended up moving it up a bit because the tide rose.

The Battle in the Bay IV between the Corona del Mar and Newport Harbor high schools’ girls and boys water polo teams will be played “in the bay” at Marina Park on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Times of the contest are to be announced. Yes, the TK Burgers truck will again be on hand and potentially Kona Shave Ice Food Truck.
