So excited to announce the opening of this season will be on May 15th we have been hard at work fixing up the Northern Exposure. She has a brand new hand made canopy and fresh new upholstery. I am excited to see her in the water!!

The Northern Exposure has had a great season. This weekend will be the last on the water till next year. Thank you to all our amazing guests for promoting us to superhost status!! What a fun project this has been. I can't wait to get her home and work on some upgrades for next season.

We have had so much fun this year out on Lake Memphremagog. Have you ever wondered what it's like to live on the water?? Come enjoy a stay on the "Northern Exposure" our 25ft cabin boat stay and see what it's all about. Conveniently located at the Newport City marina. All local ammenities within walking distance. Stay mid week and check out Wendnesdays on the Waterfront. Live music and open vendors on Main St. mingle with the locals and really experience our small town vibe.
