RV sites available, Long Term only. Must sign a lease. Starting at $550.00 (gravel site) includes electric, city water and sewer. This is a small park where you will feel safe and secure. RV's must be approved by owner and in great shape, 10 years or newer. Some exceptions. We have a couple 20' x 50' concrete pads available, and we have 3 gravel pads available. A couple of the sites have an 8 x 20 storage container that rents for an additional $60 per month. Sites are larger than most. We will allow a store bought shed up to a 12 x 26'. Most dogs are welcomed but there is a limit of 2. We are conveniently located just outside Newport Tn (10 miniutes to downtown Newport) on Hwy 25/70. Only 25 minutes to Sevierville, 40 minutes to Knoxville and 70 minutes to Ashville NC.
