EXCEPT for Pacific Surf Motorcoach Estate in Newport Oregon! 70 degrees +/-. Private fractional ownership, quite possibly within the top 5 most stunning Motorcoach sites in the US. However, you may be distracted by our local bald eagles, pelican fly bys and whale spouts. Dungeness crab capital of US, as a side note.
