Chia Seed Almond Milk Tapioca like Pudding.

2 1/2 cups almond milk
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 cup chia seeds (3 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest.

Pearls Tuscan Pasta-
-one lb of organic spaghetti, one lb grass fed beef, half an onion, -

-half cup of wine, quarter cup of balsamic vinegar

-2 tablespoons of lemon, level teaspoon of saigon cinnamon, third level teaspoon of crushed red pepper, quarter teaspoon of black pepper

- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning, I can Italian plum tomatoes, 24 ounces of marinara sauce with basil, brown onions and meat,

- add all the liquids/spices to the meat, cook pasta al dente in a separate pot,

- split ciabatta bread, add olive oil, garlic, parmasean for 15 mins, top everything with grated cheese
