How We Roll is celebrating another birthday this May 🥐🎉
You’ve seen him rolling and laminating dough, and hopefully you’ve tasted a few of the pastries along the way — but have you ever seen a cuter little baker in the making?
This is Roy, circa 1972: a precocious, social little tike who could often be found napping on the flour bags in his parents’ bakery. It seems pastry has been part of the story from the very beginning.
We’re excited to spend Roy’s birthday weekend doing what we love most — bringing plenty of celebratory sweets to our pastry pals at the market.
