Join Kenzie on Monday nights from 6–7 PM for a grounded, breath-led vinyasa flow with touches of Yin. This practice focuses on connecting breath to movement, building strength and stability while creating space to slow down, release, and reset. Expect a steady, intentional flow, mindful transitions, and a welcoming space for all levels—with a little Grateful Dead to keep things grooving.

2026- STEELY Dan Is DEAD WEEKEND at The Great Divide Campground in Newton NJ was so much fun! Let's see what YOU saw!!!!!!

We added a rule which will apply going forward. This contest is for real photos only....it's ok to use filters....but NO AI photos please. We want this contest to remain an authentic collective work of art. Use AI to like do other things.... ;)

Remember, each entry means 50 cents to Father John's Animal House so don't hold back!!!
