I am getting a lot of rentals for July, So starting today, June 13th and ending July 13th, I am offering 15% off for all tent rentals for August, September and October! This means that if you call to book a party before July 13th and that party is taking place in August, September or October, You will get 15% off your total rental. This offer does not apply to orders of tables and chairs alone. It must be either a tent or a tent, tables and chairs.

SURVEY:

Please take the time to give your opinion on an idea we have been thinking about.

The idea is for a service with the purpose of delivering essential household needs such as, Toothpaste, Paper towels, Soap, Cleaning agents, Really any essential products.

So the customer would receive a sheet in the mail or via email, On the sheet they would write down what products and brands they would like delivered and how often they would like it delivered, So once a week, Once every two weeks or month, Whatever it may be. They could even enter the time of day. Then simply the items would be delivered based on their desired delivery date/time. We would send multiple sheets to the customer Incase a customer would like to add or subtract an item from their list, They simply add or subtract an item and send us the sheet or just contact us directly to update their profile.

Pricing has not been fully figured out but What I am thinking if we decide to go forward, is either a monthly/ yearly membership fee based on the calculation of the items on their list plus a small percentage of the order for the delivery fee or a fee after each delivery plus a small percentage for a delivery fee.

Now obviously this is just the bare bones concept. The goal is to start this way and then update to an app after the concept has been proven to work. What I am curious about is if you could see yourself using this during and more importantly after the virus and what if any suggestions you may have. Please don’t be afraid to be negative or positive, The purpose is to get a sense of how you feel about it so we don’t spend a bunch of money on an undesired service!

Also if anyone is interested in this sort of thing and thinks they have skills or knowledge that could contribute and would like details on a possible partnership, I am completely open to that. I am a firm believer that in order to do truly great things, You need a team!

At M&J we understand that due to the Virus it could and probably will negatively impact some of our customers planned events, It is hard to have a party while social distancing.
So we just wanted to provide an update and let all of our cherished customers know that if you are one of our customers that will be impacted by the virus, Give is a call and we will work everything out.
If you have an approaching rental date and need to cancel, Any deposits will be returned in full, If you wish to reschedule your event, As long as the date and equipment are available we will happily work through that with you and any other questions or concerns you may have, Feel free to contact me directly either through text, Call or direct message! Tent season is just about here! If you are planning a party and have not yet booked your equipment, The time is now!!
Our prices our the best in town,Our equipment is the cleanest and best quality in town. Also we offer a 15% discount to military members including Active duty, Reserves, Veteran and their immediate family. Furthermore we have decided, In the spirit of giving, We will be donating 5% of the total seasonal profit’s to a charity ( Shriners hospital for children this season.) and for every season that follows because we love and care about people just like we love and care for our customers! Rental season is rapidly approaching!
We are so excited for this upcoming season, Justin and I have found our “Sea Legs” so to say.
We will have a more diversified inventory to offer our amazing customers, Overall we did good last season in regards to sticking to delivery times with a few exceptions, However this season, A main goal of ours will be to cut down the delivery window substantially! Furthermore you will be seeing more promotions as our way of conveying our gratitude to our customers! We are also thinking of a limited branch off business to test the waters and I will be sure to post more about that at a later date!
We want to earn every customer we have and receive in the future, We love reviews! Good or bad, We want to know what we do well and what we need to work on! We love you all!!

We set up this 20x30 for a wedding in Middleport and it made for some great pictures! Such a beautiful area, Especially in the fall! We are already booking for 2020, If you have a party either this year or next I would ask you to consider M&J. We have the cleanest equipment and best prices in town! We love you all.💍🍂🍁🌲
