The home boasts 4 guest rooms and a cozy family room heated by a wood-burning furnace. There is plenty of space to stretch out for the evening and relax. But this is no ordinary place to lay your head for

the evening. Guests at this Bed & Breakfast are treated to delicious raw vegan meals. “You won’t get fried eggs here” says Ruby with a chuckle. The super energetic entrepreneur takes pride in serving guests healthy, raw vegan cuisine for breakfast. She also cooks conventional vegetarian food and is very careful to take special eating requirements into account when preparing her menu. For example, if you have gluten allergies or any other condition, that is no problem at all. Having practiced as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years has helped Ruby to gain a keen understanding of the various health conditions and how to cook healthy food that addresses those conditions.
