The Royal Palms Estate has recently undergone a renovation and fresh new look, with the installation of 600 foot long private driveway, new privacy entrance gate, fresh house painting, pool heater, and new interior furnishings.

Our heart goes out to the people who have had lost homes and/or property due to the volcano on the other side of the Island. At the Royal Palms, we fortunately have not experienced any issues in terms of air quality, lava, tremblors, restricted transportation/access to our estate, or interruption in our day to day activities. Therefore, we are going to donate 5% of any rental income to support the folks in the Puna District.
