Do you ever get in your groove and forget to check your notes, and it bites you in the behind? Just me? You can't tell from this angle, but this was a 2 tiered heart-shaped cake. It began life as a 2 tiered round cake, which I was halfway through decorating when I realized my mistake. It was a loooong night, but it turned out so pretty! Shaking my head at myself and checking my notes 8 times before I start every job for the foreseeable future😅
