Pull up a seat at the bar, order a cocktail, and stay awhile. One of our favorites is the Green, a beautifully balanced combination of Haymans Old Tom Gin, snap pea, lime, and mint.

The bar is a destination of its own, whether you are joining us before dinner, stopping in for one drink, or letting the evening unfold without a particular plan.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Peter Bremers Glass Art back to Glass Light Restaurant for dinner. Bremers is the internationally acclaimed glass artist behind our beloved Two Bunnies that have greeted guests in our lobby since 2020.

Created specifically for us at Glass Light Hotel, our two bunnies were designed with distinct personalities and a sense of play. One relaxes at the bar while the other welcomes guests through the door, creating an introduction to the hotel that is impossible to forget.

It was a pleasure to welcome the artist behind these iconic pieces back to the place they call home and to see Peter sharing a moment with Executive Chef Tichafa Chingombe.

This piece makes an immediate impression with its unmistakable presence. It's exactly the kind of piece that feels at home here in our gallery, where contemporary art and thoughtful design are woven into the experience from the moment you walk through the doors.
